Delivery

Beks Electrical deliver to selected UK locations within a 30 mile radius of Harrogate & Skipton. Where a customer resides outside of this postcode radius we recommend contacting the store on 01423 530711 or [email protected] to discuss the delivery options

Any return carriage charges will be at the customers cost in the first instance. On inspection, should a product be found to be faulty, then the return carriage costs will be reimbursed. We will gladly exchange products for "non-fault" reasons, but you will be liable for all subsequent carriage charges.

Delivery Timescales

Bek's Electrical will deliver all purchased goods within a window of 7 days. Bek's Electrical will contact all customers immediately after a sale has been made to confirm the delivery details.

Click and collect

Click & Collect is available on selected products from our main store. Bek's Electrical will email you when your order is ready for collection. Bek's Electrical will hold your order for 7 days. If your order is not collected within this time your order will be refunded by Bek's Electrical. Please be aware that a restocking fee of £0.00 will apply.

When collecting your order from our main store you must bring a form of identification with you; the payment card used for the order or a current photographic drivers license or passport. Without a form of ID we are unable to release your order.

Small Item Delivery Charges

Some small goods might be charged at a flat rate of £5 and generally dispatched via a service such as Royal Mail, DPD or other well-established courier service.
